Milind is currently Head of the Seattle R&D Center at Grab. Before joining Grab, Milind spent 2 years at Twitter leading the Ads Targeting and Brand Hub teams in Twitter Seattle. Prior to that Milind co-founded SwiftGist, a startup that built tools and services to help businesses gain insights about customer interactions through application of data science.

Before SwiftGist, Milind worked at Microsoft for more than 20 years in various roles. Milind was a founding member of the Speech team at Microsoft and worked on various aspects of Speech Recognition and Natural Language Processing at Microsoft Research. Milind also led product and engineering teams in the Startup Business Group and Bing at Microsoft.
